Aim for no more than 6 teaspoons (or 24 grams) of sugar per day for women and 9 for men. What to choose instead: products that are naturally sweet (such as good old fruit or other natural sweeteners such as pure honey.
10% GENETICS (where is your troubled spot? the spot that can't seem to get rid of!)
20% TRAINING (CARDIO (burns the fat) & RESISTANCE/WEIGHT TRAINING (tone/firm up) YOUR MUSCLES
70% NUTRITION (i love to eat so this part always irks me, but its so true, what you eat, over the long term, eventually shows up on your body!) So Ladies, what is your plan for the fall/winter to keep your bodies healthy and fit?
I'm a lovin life girl... a bit of a daredevil at times... I love my family and friends and my great clients! I learn a lot a long the way and I'd love to share what I learn with you. :-)
