Wake up early - fit in a workout before your bombarded by your daily committments. Hit the gym, go for a walk, pop in that fitness DVD before the kids wake up.
Drop what's not important - Make a list of your daily priorities and devote less time to things that aren't as pressing. If fitness is high on your priority list, you nix the time-wasters that keep you out of the gym.
Don't beat yourself up - If you do slip up, don't give up and binge out of guilt. The day is far from ruined. Eat cleaner for the rest of the day, and start over the next day! Too many failures are a result of that "all or nothing" attitude. Each day is a new day! Forget it and move on.
Remember this mantra : Nothing worth having comes easy. The work will be worth it in the end, but you will have to put in the time and effort to get the outcome. Go slow. Make small tweaks to your diet. Add in a workout each week. Consistency and hard work really do pay off!
