1/4 cup raw cashews
1 1/4 cup water
1 cup frozen mango pieces
1/2 beet, peeled & chopped
1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 tablespoon lime juice
Put cashews and water in blender and whirl on high until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and blend for desired consistency.
