About four months ago I started researching personal trainers online. I had never worked with a personal trainer before and wasn’t even sure if I was going to like it or if I could even afford one but I knew I had to make a change. One thing was for sure; I didn’t want a trainer who was the “hard core boot camp” type of trainer. I’ve always been overweight and wanted a trainer who wasn’t going to judge me and who could teach me how to exercise properly. I found Melanie’s website and really liked her approach to fitness and the package deals make it very affordable, so I scheduled a consultation. From the moment I met her I knew I had made the right decision. Melanie is so passionate about helping people achieve their goals and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm she brings to every session. Her easy going friendly personality creates a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. She makes each workout challenging but more importantly fun. I appreciate that she takes the time to teach you the correct form with each exercise so you know what muscles or what part of your body is being worked. She motivates me to push myself every time!!
