How do you boost up your daily metabolism so you can burn BELLY FAT and lose weight more effectively? 

Eat smaller meals every 3 to 4 hours a day, especially within an hour of waking up! (if you have an empty gas tank, how do you expect to drive to NYC?)
Eat a balanced blend of healthy unsaturated fats, lean proteins, and complex carbohydrates at each meal. NEVER ELIMINATE a food group unless under a doctor/registered dieticians care. 
Work your body - EXERCISE - at least 3 times per week for at least 30 minutes (cardio work) For optimal weight loss - 5-6 days week for 45 to 1 hour (but work up to it slowly!!!), Weight train your body at least 2 to 3 times a week (full body resistance) to gain functional strength, lean, toned firm muscle, which burns calories faster 24/7!!! Fat burning muscle tissue is 8 times more metabolically active than a pound of adipose (fat) tissue, so it pays to build lean, firm muscle. 
Its even more important for ladies over 30, as our metabolism and hormones change, our metabolism is lowered over time, so we have to work harder and longer to get the results we could get in our early 20s! 80% of all disease can be improved and sometimes cured by eating right and exercising....what are YOU doing today???
